At PLA Skateboarding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and un-gripped gear. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Pack the unused items securely in their original box, ensuring that skate decks have not been gripped and apparel tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
