How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you ordered a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our shop team to professionally assemble and grip your board before dispatch.
What is your return policy on decks and hardware?
We accept returns on unused items in their original shrink-wrap within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or assembled, nor on wheels that have been skated.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
How do I know what deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, skaters with larger feet or those who prefer transition skating choose 8.25" to 8.5" decks, while street skaters often prefer 8.0" to 8.25". Check our Size Guide for a detailed breakdown.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We process orders quickly to get you skating sooner. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer modify the shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay for larger purchases.
